By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not request an offer or transact with us.

You must be at least 18 years old and the lawful owner of, or authorized to sell, any device you offer to us. You represent that the device is not stolen, not subject to an active financing or lease that prohibits resale, and is free of any legal claim.

Elite Online Services LLC buys used and pre-owned electronics — phones, laptops, cameras, lenses, and drones — from individuals and families in Shrewsbury and across Central Massachusetts. We provide locked photo quotes, schedule safe local meetups, and pay by cash, Zelle, or Venmo.

• Quotes provided through our estimator are estimates only and not a binding offer.
• A locked photo quote is honored at the meetup provided the device's condition matches the photos and description you submitted.
• We reserve the right to revise or withdraw an offer if the device's actual condition differs materially from what was represented, or if the device fails an ownership or serial-number check.
• There is no obligation to accept any offer, and no purchase is required to receive transactional communications.

Your agreement

You agree to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from Elite Online Services LLC at the mobile number you provide, sent via a 10-digit long code under the A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) framework established by U.S. wireless carriers.

Frequency & rates

Message frequency varies but is typically two to six messages per transaction. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out

Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance or call 508-571-0410. You confirm that the number is yours and that you are authorized to receive texts at that number.

You consent to receive voice calls from Elite Online Services LLC and our authorized representatives — including calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice — at the number you provide, regarding your offer, transaction, or service inquiry.

We call to confirm offers, verify device condition, schedule meetups, coordinate payment, and provide support. Standard call rates may apply. To revoke consent, call 508-571-0410.

• You represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of any device you sell us and have the right to sell it.
• You confirm the device is not reported stolen, is not under a lease or installment plan that prohibits transfer, and has been removed from accounts such as Find My iPhone or carrier locks where applicable.
• We may refuse any device, adjust pricing, or decline a transaction if ownership cannot be verified or the device is suspected to be stolen.

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of sale.
• We record the device serial number and the seller's identity per Massachusetts secondhand dealer law.
• These records are kept for the legally required retention period and may be shared with law enforcement upon lawful request.

We pay by cash, Zelle, or Venmo at a safe public meetup location — such as a pharmacy parking lot, bank lobby, or coffee shop. Payment is typically completed within minutes of inspecting the device and confirming the final price.

All sales are final. Devices are purchased in their current as-is condition at the time of inspection and acceptance of payment. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are available after a transaction is completed.

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent a device, to submit stolen or fraudulently obtained property, or to interfere with our operations.

Our website and services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Online Services LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Worcester County, Massachusetts.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The Last updated date reflects the current version. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
